Budnik's Blog

Welcome to Zion! My name is Adrienne Budnik. I am the fourth grade homeroom teacher.  I   This is my fifth year at Zion.  Prior to teaching at Zion I taught seventh grade for six years. I have been a member of Zion Lutheran Church since 1994.

I enjoy teaching in the middle school and love the ability to help students participate in extra curricular activities. I am the Athletic Director and current Vice-President of Girls' Sports for the Milwaukee Lutheran Elementary School Athletic Association.

The history of my love for Jesus and teaching about Him began at a young age. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  I attended Northwest Lutheran (Milwaukee) from K-4 through seventh grade.   I attended Zion (Menomonee Falls) for my eighth grade year.  I graduated from Milwaukee Lutheran High School and went on to attend Concordia University of Wisconsin.  I received my Bachelor of Arts in May, 2003.  I double majored in Secondary Education and History. I minored in Psychology, Political Science, Sociology and Middle School Education.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, camping, reading, playing volleyball, water skiing and wake boarding.  I am a HUGE Brewer's fan and enjoy attending games.

My Mission:  I have been called by God to instruct His children as they grow in their education, learn about Jesus, and develop a faith in their Savior.
